FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

It depends on the collection you choose. Comfort includes 5 digital files, Hearth includes 15, and Heirloom includes your entire gallery. Every session also comes with a private online gallery so you can see everything we captured before deciding.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

Anywhere from five to fourteen days old tends to work well, while babies are still sleepy and easy to settle. That said, we photograph babies and children at every age and stage, so it is never too late to book.

How long does a session take?

Most sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, including time to settle in. There is no rush, we work at your pet's or your family's pace.

How should we dress for our family session?

Keep it simple and comfortable. Soft, muted colours photograph beautifully together, so it helps to avoid busy patterns or logos. We will chat through outfits before your session so everyone feels good in front of the camera.

What if my pet won't sit still?

That is completely normal, and it is exactly why we come to you. Pets are far more relaxed in their own space, and we build in plenty of time to let them settle, sniff around and warm up before we start shooting.

Can I include more than one pet, or the family too?

Absolutely. Just let us know when you book so we can plan enough time to capture everyone comfortably, together and apart.
